We are located on the banks of the Kalsa river near a small village called Tada. This is near Chanfi, approx 15km from Bhimtal. The last 5km of road is in slightly bad condition and from the road it is a an approx 150mtr walk down to the camp. The camp faces the river and has forest on 2 sides and village farms on one side.
We have 2 luxury Geodesic Dome Tents with attached bathrooms and all basic amenities - proper beds, hot/cold water, tea/coffee maker etc.
We have done minimal landscaping to give the experience of camping in the midst of nature with the sound of the flowing river in the background.
We have a small in house kitchen and serve freshly prepared simple veg and non veg meals. Guests can relax by the riverside, try their hand at farm activities and go for walks in the forest. We have a provision for bonfire in the evenings.
Guests can also travel to nearby Bhimtal and Naukuchiyatal for Boating, Sattal for birding and also to Kainchi Mandir. Popular eating joints like i-Heart Cafe, Belpatra Kitchen and Machan are also a 45 min drive away.
Important Info -
Due to the condition of the road, we suggest guests avoid vehicles with low ground clearance.
Please do carry shoes since the paths are rocky.
We suggest guests carry their preferred insect repellent since there are mosquitos in the outdoors.
For meals request to inform us in advance since all raw material is sourced from Chanfi and there are no shops within 5km of the camp.
