Cancellation Policy

o Within 15 days of Arrival Date/ No Show: No Refund

o However following deductions would be levied:

o 15 Days to 30 Days prior to Arrival - 50% of the total package cost.

o 30 Days & More- No Deductions would be levied.

Above rates are for entire 2 rooms cottage which can accommodate maximum 4 adults + 2kids.

Rs. 1,500 for Butler Service ( Excluding Groceries Charges ) .

OR

For Self Cooking service (if required): Rs. 500 Per day as utility Charges needs to be paid for utensils & Gas Cylinders (Excluding Materials ).

Single room is not available in this property.

Above rates are not valid during Long weekend, Festivals, X-mas & New Year.
